The project resulted in <strong>Spazio Red<\/strong>, an incubator of more than <strong>1,200 square meters<\/strong> consisting of offices, laboratories and operational areas designed to support <strong>dynamic teams<\/strong> engaged in innovation for home &amp; building automation, IoT and Industry 4.0. <\/p>\n<h2>Identity, functionality and design: a concept taking shape in Ekinex spaces<\/h2>\n<h3>Offices and meeting room &#8211; the first collaboration (2016)<\/h3>\n<p>The first phase of the project involved the second floor, where the initial drawings were transformed into <strong>actual construction solutions<\/strong> with attention to detail to reflect the brand identity and increase operational efficiency. Major deliverables include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Birch plywood and glass<\/strong> partition walls, shaped like small <strong>houses<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Birch frames<\/strong> to define volume and depth, enhancing light and room perception<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom-designed desks<\/strong> with built-in cable hatches and red surfaces in brand recall<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These elements ensure <strong>visual lightness, aesthetic consistency and practicality<\/strong> for daily work.<\/p>\n<h2>Evolving spaces: new areas for meetings, gatherings and operational work<\/h2>\n<h3>Mini-meeting and meeting rooms &#8211; ground floor expansion (2023)<\/h3>\n<p>2023, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekinex.com\/\"><strong>Ekinex<\/strong><\/a> entrusted Saglietti Group with the transformation of an area of approx. <strong>95 square meters<\/strong> on the ground floor, resulting in a complete and functional intervention:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Self-supporting curtain wall<\/strong> made of laminated glass, with internal casing to increase depth and transparency<\/li>\n<li><strong>Booth for mini-meetings<\/strong> with colorful faux leather sofas, built-in sockets and side tables made without visible screws<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom-made meeting room<\/strong> with 2.40 \u00d7 2.40 m table, iron frame covered with birch, grommet holes and wooden frame<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The solutions created ensure <strong>flexible, ergonomic spaces that are perfectly consistent<\/strong> with the visual identity of the brand.<\/p>\n<h2>From design to production: synergy and control at every stage<\/h2>\n<h3>Technical collaborations and in-house production<\/h3>\n<p>The strength of our method lies in the <strong>integrated management<\/strong> of all stages: design, production and assembly. Collaboration with selected partners, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/vetreriacassinelli.it\/\"><strong>Vetreria Cassinelli<\/strong><\/a>, has made it possible to produce high quality laminated and tempered glass. The end result is a balance between <strong>aesthetics, safety and functionality<\/strong>, guaranteed without interfering with the daily activities of the company.  <\/p>\n<h3>Spaces designed to grow<\/h3>\n<p>Each intervention carried out for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekinex.com\/\"><strong>Ekinex<\/strong><\/a> reflects our approach: <strong>listening<\/strong>, <strong>understanding needs<\/strong> and <strong>translating them into concrete solutions<\/strong>.
