{"id":281604,"date":"2025-11-14T09:46:34","date_gmt":"2025-11-14T08:46:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sagliettigroup.it\/interior-design-for-the-albeisa-consortium\/"},"modified":"2026-03-13T16:39:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T15:39:13","slug":"interior-design-for-the-albeisa-consortium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sagliettigroup.it\/en\/interior-design-for-the-albeisa-consortium\/","title":{"rendered":"Interior design for the Albeisa Consortium."},"content":{"rendered":"<article>\n<h2>Wine as identity, space as narrative<\/h2>\n<p>In the heart of the <strong>Langhe<\/strong>, the new space of the <a href=\"https:\/\/albeisa.it\/it\/\"><strong>Albeisa Consortium<\/strong><\/a> in <strong>Alba<\/strong> is the result of an <strong>exhibition project<\/strong> designed to <strong>tell the story of wine culture through consistent forms, materials and atmospheres<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sagliettigroup.it\/en\/\"><strong>Saglietti Group<\/strong><\/a> oversaw the<strong>entire technical and construction realization<\/strong> of the installation, interpreting the client&#8217;s vision with <strong>rigor and sensitivity<\/strong> and restoring <strong>functional and aesthetic coherence<\/strong> to it.<\/p>\n<div style=\"height: 32px;\"><\/div>\n<h2>A two-phase intervention: between reception, tasting and training<\/h2>\n<p>The intervention consisted of.  <strong>two distinct phases<\/strong>: the <strong>ground floor<\/strong> &#8211; completed in July 2023 &#8211; dedicated to the <strong>exhibition and reception function<\/strong>; the <strong>basement<\/strong> &#8211; completed in December &#8211; designed as a <strong>technical and training space.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Over 230 square meters completely renovated<\/strong>, transformed into the <a href=\"https:\/\/albeisa.it\/it\/\">Consortium<\/a>&#8216;s new operational and institutional headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>The project, developed by <strong>Silvia Marassi<\/strong><strong>(Saglietti Group<\/strong>), was managed through <strong>constant dialogue with the <a href=\"https:\/\/albeisa.it\/it\/\">Albeisa team<\/a>.<\/strong> Each element of the layout was the result of a <strong>confrontation between operational needs, structural constraints and narrative vision<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height: 32px;\"><\/div>\n<h2>Ground floor: a visual and functional narrative<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>ground floor<\/strong> area is organized around <strong>two main cores<\/strong>: the <strong>storage cellar<\/strong> and the <strong>tasting area<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>wine cellar<\/strong> is made of <strong>thin shelves made of bent metal<\/strong>, precisely inserted within a <strong>supporting structure of milled lacquered wood.<\/strong> The <strong>construction elements<\/strong> ensure <strong>solidity and visual transparency<\/strong>, while the <strong>dimmable LED strip lighting system<\/strong> ensures <strong>optimal conditions for bottle storage<\/strong>, as well as creating a<strong>rarefied and professional atmosphere<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>The <strong>tasting area<\/strong> is developed around the <strong>central pillar<\/strong> and integrates <strong>tables<\/strong>, <strong>seating<\/strong> and <strong>counter<\/strong> in a <strong>compact and modular layout<\/strong>. The design solved <strong>critical dimensional and plant<\/strong> <strong>engineering<\/strong> <strong>issues<\/strong> with <strong>custom-made technical elements<\/strong>, such as <strong>shielding furniture with metal grids<\/strong> and <strong>display shelves with exposed welds<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Two <strong>narrative window decals<\/strong> complete the set-up: one ideally guides <strong>you to the winery<\/strong> with a <strong>play on transparency<\/strong> (&#8220;the door in the bottle&#8221;), the other &#8211; inspired by the <strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/albeisa.it\/it\/\">Consortium<\/a>&#8216;s logo<\/strong> &#8211; filters the view of the offices while maintaining <strong>visual coherence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"height: 32px;\"><\/div>\n<h2>Selected materials<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Matt Fenix laminate<\/strong>: anti-fingerprint, soft to the touch, ideal for high frequency use surfaces.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dove-colored lacquer<\/strong>: warm, understated tone, integrated with the architectural palette of the place.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transparent painted metal<\/strong>: structural lightness and aesthetic continuity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Antique regenerated spruce (20 mm lamellar)<\/strong>: materiality, memory, sustainability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An <strong>iconic detail<\/strong> completes the tasting wall: the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/albeisa.it\/it\/\"> Albeisa<\/a> logo<\/strong>, made from <strong>shaped bottles installed in relief<\/strong>, <strong>laser-cut<\/strong> and mounted on a curved wall using a <strong>dedicated template<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"height: 32px;\"><\/div>\n<h2>Basement: technical tasting and training spaces<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>basement<\/strong> is designed as a <strong>technical and operational environment<\/strong> for <strong>training events and professional tastings<\/strong>. The layout integrates: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>12<\/strong> <strong>white bilaminate<\/strong><strong>tasting tables<\/strong> to optimize the visual reading of the wine<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-function cabinet<\/strong>: shelves, three wine cellars, sliding door for technical access to the wolf&#8217;s mouth<\/li>\n<li><strong>Curved back wall equipped<\/strong> with continuous shelves and minimal supports<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom bathroom cabinet<\/strong>, consistent with the aesthetic language of the intervention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"height: 32px;\"><\/div>\n<h2>Exhibit design as a language of identity<\/h2>\n<p>This project represents for <a href=\"https:\/\/sagliettigroup.it\/en\/\"><strong>Saglietti Group<\/strong><\/a> an example of <strong>exhibit design<\/strong> <strong>applied to collective identity<\/strong>: <strong>wine<\/strong>, <strong>territory<\/strong>, and the <strong>production history of more than 340 companies<\/strong> converge in a <strong>space that welcomes, tells and inspires<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>functional and narrative set-up<\/strong> designed to <strong>dialogue with those who make, tell and experience wine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height: 32px;\"><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sagliettigroup.it\/en\/\"><strong>Saglietti Group<\/strong><\/a> works alongside design studios, cultural institutions, and private companies in the technical realization of custom exhibition displays.
